Merchandise Orders

Any orders made online for delivery will usually be dispatched within 1–2 working days of order unless there is a specific date of dispatch such as a pre-order release. In most cases, all orders will be sent out within 5 working days. Any special pre-order products that are not going on general sale are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not delivered. Some products can take up to 28 days from purchase date for delivery due to special circumstances like a pre-order release date. Any issues should be addressed to info@tilidie.co.uk.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations hereunder due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, third-party administrations, bad weather, and acts of government or acts in compliance with any applicable law, regulation, or order of any governmental body).
