Refund and Returns Policy

We can not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong sizing or changing your mind after completing a purchase. Most of our products are fulfilled via a print-on-demand service and deemed as a custom order. This means an order can’t be cancelled once an order moves into the manufacturing stage. Please ensure that you double-check the size chart and consider your purchase carefully before ordering.

Any custom names/numbers printed cannot be returned unless faulty or a mistake has been made on our end. If you have made a spelling mistake, this does not qualify for a refund/replacement as this is a custom printed order.

Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you receive a defective or damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or refund.

For undelivered items, we need to be informed within 21 days to investigate and at which point, we will offer a free of charge replacement.

If you need to return or exchange an item for any other reason, please get in touch with us to request a return authorisation. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us unless the product is faulty or we have made a mistake on the print.
